Materials
¾ cup baking soda
½ cup salt
½ teaspoon liquid dish soap
1 lemon
Directions
Mix together the baking soda, salt and liquid dish soap.
Grate the lemon peel into the mixture, then cut in half and squeeze to add the juice.
Form into rounds with a small ice cream scoop or melon baller.
Arrange on a baking pan covered with wax or parchment paper and place somewhere safe to dry overnight.
